By subscribing to Go Plus you agree to the following terms & conditions:

Subscription Fees:

Access to Go Plus is included as part of your paid Xperiencify membership. However, should you choose to cancel your Xperiencify account at some point in the future, your Go Plus account will become chargeable at either $99/mo or $999/year.

Optional Usage Fees:

You are responsible for any optional usage fees incurred by optional features such as email, SMS, voicemail, phone calls, and AI-powered services. These fees are charged based on your usage and will be billed accordingly:

• Optional outgoing emails are $0.001 each (cheaper than most other email platforms!)

• Optional SMSs: $0.01 per message segment (sending & receiving)

• Optional regular voice calls & voicemails: $0.03/minute (incoming & outgoing)

• Optional local phone number rental: $3.95/month (to make & receive calls)

• Optional email validation service is priced at 0.0035 per email address verified

• Optional AI content generation service: $0.20 per 1,000 words generated

• Optional Conversation AI (Customer Service bot): $0.03 per outgoing message

Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)

• Phishing, scams, or any form of fraudulent activity

• Any content or behavior that violates local, state, or federal laws

Account Suspension and Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we detect any misuse or violation of these terms.

Data and Privacy:

We take data privacy seriously. However, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable data privacy laws when using the platform to collect or store user information.

No Liability for Business Losses:

We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of using this platform, including downtime, data loss, or disruption of services.

Billing and Payments:

All payments must be made on time. Failure to pay may result in account suspension until payment is received.
